8200588: Need to remove/cleanup tests depending on removed Commercial/Closed Oracle Features from closed/test/hotspot/

Hi

Could you please review following small clean up. A lot of Oracle internal technologies are going to be removed or moved into OpenJDK in JDK 11.

This fix clean up bigapps harness and delete CTW tests for modules which are going to be removed.

There are should not be any other tests in hotspot testable which depends on technology which is going to be removed in JDK 11.

So far only JFR modules are tested in closed ctw now and they moved into open with JFR open-sourcing.
