[11] RFR(XXS) 8194949: [Graal] gc/TestNUMAPageSize.java fail with OOM in -Xcomp

Hi All,

The test actually doesn't fail anymore because -Xmx was increased from 8m to 128m
as part of JDK-8204168. So the fix just removes the test from the Problem list file.
