RFR(XS): fix c2-only compilation and some tests

You missed one change I gave to you some time ago:

I also found some tests failed when run with Graal JIT because it requires presence of C1 to compile Graal code 
otherwise it runs in Interpreter for long time and compilation takes very long time. Here are 2 tests which failed and 
propose fix:

With these additional changes and changes in closed tests I got clean testing.

Please, prepare final patch and I will push it.
