[12] RFR(XS) 8207262: enable applications/ctw/modules/java_desktop_2.java test again

Enable test again since JDK-8204842 is not reproduced with latest sources.
Unfortunately we still have issue running CTW tests on Windows (AWT hangs) so I enable test only on non-Windows platforms.
