RFR (XXS): 8205074: [Graal] Add rest of compiler/stable tests into ProblemList-graal.txt

Hi All,

compiler/stable/TestStableObject.java also failed recently because of 8204347.
As pointed by Tobias it has sense to exclude all compiler/stable tests from execution in Graal mode till 8204347 is fixed.
