Hi all,

could you please review this fix which removes vmTestbase/vm/mlvm/indy/func/jdi/breakpointOtherStratum test from ProblemList? the test was problem-listed due to 8199578 which has been fixed long time ago.

testing: : vmTestbase_vm_mlvm test group several times on linux-x64-debug
