RFR(S): 8211231: BarrierSetC1::generate_referent_check() confuses register allocator

I ran this through the submit repo and it came back with one failure:

 runtime/XCheckJniJsig/XCheckJSig.java

on  tier1 macosx-x64-debug

Can someone with access to the system take a look at the failure?
