RFR (XS) 8219882: [AOT] Develop regression test for 8218859

Hi,

please review regression test for 8218859 "jdk.tools.jaotc.collect.ClassSearch:makeList() uses ":" instead of File.pathSeparator".
This is the same webrev as was previously sent for 8218859 but includes only test changes
(8218859 has been integrated upstream into Graal ws).
