Is there any easy way for us to access these logs on regular basis?

For this issue, should we submit it again for Mac OS tests?
Jatin is looking into the Windows crash.

Looks like an infra issue to me:
"warning:  Clock skew detected."
[...]
"Error: The configuration is not up to date for 'macosx-x64'."

There is also a crash on Windows:
