Running IGV

It's been a while since I've run the ideal graph visualizer.

I've built the version in jdk-jdk/src/utils/IdealGraphVisualizer, but
using igv.sh just results in a program that seems to run for a while,
then exits. It doesn't seem to leave anything running in the background.

Is there any special trick to make it run?
