RFR: 8257137: Revise smov and umov in aarch64 assembler [v5]

Hao Sun has updated the pull request incrementally with one additional commit since the last revision:

  Use macro INSN
  
  Use macro INSN to define smov and umov so that it would be easy for
  users to figure out the difference between these two instructions.
