I see that `CompilationPolicy::is_mature()`

uses `Tier4InvocationThreshold = 5000` and `ProfileMaturityPercentage=20` values to determine maturity (invocations > 1000):

I am not familiar with how many iterations the test calls compiled method. Does it uses `-Xbatch`?
