Officially jdk21.0.1 is closed for fixes but we are discussing this issue now.
I verified the suggested by Xiaohong fix:
retrun nullptr in StoreVectorNode::Ideal() and LoadVectorNode::Ideal().
I will file a bug and follow the process.
