Yuri Gaevsky has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The pull request now contains four commits:

 - Merge master
 - num_8b_elems_in_vec --> nof_vec_elems
 - Removed checks for (MaxVectorSize >= 16) per @RealFYang suggestion.
