Ah, only just noticed it, and it is an absolute nit.
To keep it consistent with `node->dump()`, I'd suggest the `idx` should be before the `Name`.
We do that already in other places.
Suggestion:

               n->_idx, n->Name(), phi->_idx, region->_idx, region->Name());
