RFR: 8349820: Temporarily increase MemLimit for tests until JDK-8349772 and JDK-8337821 are fixed

Let's increase the MemLimit for the following tests until [JDK-8349772](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8349772) and [JDK-8337821](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8337821) are fixed:

test/hotspot/jtreg/vmTestbase/jit/t/t105/t105.java
test/hotspot/jtreg/vmTestbase/vm/mlvm/meth/stress/compiler/i2c_c2i/Test.java
