Problem while building the Hotspot Compiler

Hi All,
   Hi made this post to build-dev mailing list earlier but didn't got nay
reply. So I am posting it here. Here is my problem.

   I downloaded the compiler source 'compiler-7-ea-src-b17-02_aug_2007.zip'
from the download site and tried to build it in Netbeans but it showed an
error message that their is no version-template.java file in the
'compiler\src\share\classes\com\sun\tools\javac\resources' directory. I had
an old subversion of compiler and it had the version-template.java file.
   Now I want to know whether the file is intentionally removed from the
bundle or by mistake. And if it is intentionally, then how can I build the
source.
