I'd be interested if anyone has tried it using a technique like this.  But I'm expecting 
that the only real problems will be the three object code binary plug files that have been 
mentioned on this list previously:

-- libt2k (font rendering)
-- libdcpr (some low-level graphics2D code)
-- libjsound

If someone has addressed these, that would be the most useful.
