They are, plus the integration of the newer hotspot
(icedtea-hotspot-6b12-7b24), plus forward ported versions of the
NON_ZERO_PATCHES that wouldn't apply directly
(icedtea-signed-types.patch/icedtea-signed-types-hot6.patch), plus some
bug fixes (some of which are already in newer hotspots,
icedtea-hotspot-citypeflow.patch).
