Trying to build openjdk7 under opensolaris

Hi this is a recently discovered bug due to a change in header files in 
OpenSolaris. Our bug # is 6718879.

That particular member is obsolete and we are just defining its value as 
"unchanged". The fix should be to just delete that line of code:

     iaInfo->ia_nice    = IA_NOCHANGE;
