Not to be quite as pessimistic as Vladimir, I expect that we will update 
to the 5.10 compilers shortly after Sun Studio 13 GAs.   That is, likely 
2-3 months afterwards.

Now, I can't do anything other than guess when SS13 will be out.  
Sometime in the first half of 2009, maybe?
