FDLIBM 5.3 ported

Hello,

All methods but sqrt is ported.

I would be happy to get help with further conformance testing and feedback
in general.

The tests for Math and StrictMath classes in openjdk passes along with my
own similar tests, comparing to the current strictmath for identical
results.


The performance improvements seems to be rather massive for quite a few
operations.


I have signed a JCA a couple of years ago.
