C++ Interpreter on amd64

I didn't have the latest IceTea patches when I got this to compile. The
gcc version was 4.1.3. Maybe they want to wait a week for the next set
of patches for whatever version of gcc or configuration that they're
using. It should compile and the errors that they saw did not match the
current sources. After compiling though, some debugging will be needed
to make the C++ interpreter on x86 not crash.
