not regenerating _precompiled.incl.gch

It looks like a bug in MakeDeps: when it's in a "diff mode" it does not 
update nPrecompiledFiles member which is used to put the names of files 
used to build the .gch into Dependencies file. I will file a bug and 
investigate it further.
