javah and LLNI

HotSpot folk,

JDK javah currently supports an undocumented option for generating
heading files in LLNI (low level native interface) mode. Vestiges of the
support can be seen in the Usage message, for the -jni switch, which
says to generate JNI-style header info (default), without giving any
other alternatives.

A Google search for LLNI only turns up info from over 10 years ago.

I would like to drop support for this feature from the javah tool. Does
anyone have any reason why we should not drop it?
