Request for approval: Backport fix for Bug 6539464 to HS14

I'm not sure what you're requesting here.  I don't think this can make  
it into the current hs14 which is going out in 6u14.  I think that's  
pretty much in the can.  It could certainly be backported in a later  
release and there's no reason it couldn't get into 6 open once that's  
updated to hs14.  It should backport cleanly without problem.
