How to inspect hotspot compiler results? hsdis binaries for Windows?

Hi John,

thanks to my college Andreas Schösser I could contribute the Windows
binaries if somebody tells me how I can do that. (Perhaps just upload
to the Wiki? @Christian: where did you put the Solaris and Linux
versions?)
