I had to make a couple of tweaks to get the build directory name
change to work in the context of a full build (I'm guessing you did
a build using only part of the OpenJDK tree?) but there shouldn't
be anything surprising in there.  I'm currently making a separate
webrev with the other changes to mail to build-dev.

I'm guessing the various repositories will require separate pushes.
If you're ok with this HotSpot-only webrev do you think we should
start the process of committing it now?  I don't think there's
anything in it that would break non-Zero builds if it was applied
before the other parts (I'm checking this now...)
