error compiling on windows

Google says that's an error where a file already exists or the file system is full. Maybe there was garbage left behind by a previous compile? Didn't Kelly just change the windows boxes to run as jprtadm instead of administrator? Maybe there are permission problems cleaning up from previous runs.
