Merging BSDPort into HotSpot mainline

Since nobody replied yet...

I looked at the changes (well, not all of them) and it seems that most (all?) changes should be reviewed by the Runtime Team (we, the Compiler Team, could review the agent changes).

To make reviewing a little easier could you upload webrevs to cr.openjdk.java.net and put the links instead of the huge diff on the wiki pages?  Then we could also easily see the comments.

I hope we can get this in soon.
