New hotspot project repos

They're not going to be retained. I expect to delete virtually *ALL* 
repositories under jdk7/*  except those under jdk7/jdk7/*  All group 
repos are now identical, and won't change, so they're getting Nuked.

Correction - I'm doing the snapshot on Thursday.  So, hsx/hsx22/hotspot 
will be updated, but I won't be pushing to jdk8/jdk8/hotspot until PIT 
comes back clean.  Likely, I'll be integrating to JDK8 on Tuesday.
