Of course that wouldn't reduce support costs (since the client vm would still
be in the vm binaries, it would be that we'd just ship/support a single tiered 32-bit
JVM binary and a single tiered 64 bit JVM binary, instead of the 3 JVM binaries per OS
that we currently do.
