Summary: Both JSR 292 compiler tests were moved with 6839872 to the jdk repository

Both JSR 292 compiler tests were moved with 6839872 to the jdk
repository.  7017465 addresses the same problem for HSX 20.  This
patch removes the tests from the hotspot repository.
