where to file hotspot bugs

There already is a Bugzilla system setup on bugs.openjdk.java.net.
As you seemed to come to the conclusion that Bugzilla was suitable,
why not just start making use of the existing instance?

This has been going on for four years as it is.

Please use discuss for something so central to the OpenJDK project, rather
than expecting people to be subscribed to yet another mailing list that isn't
very well known.
