7013347: allow crypto functions to be called inline to enhance performance

Hi all,

Once again I'm looking at a client where the *only* problem they have are long pause times created the the RMI forced full gc. So, once again I have to question, why does RMI force a full GC when we all know this (aside from a few edge cases) is generally regarded as bad practice. I'm about to file this as a bug.
