NOTICE: JPRT now requires HotSpot build/test on Mac OS X

7126732: MAC: Require Mac OS X builds/tests for JPRT integrate jobs for 
HotSpot
Summary: Modify jprt.properties to run OSX builds and tests.

This means that JPRT jobs destined for Main_Baseline now have
to build (and test) on MacOS X...

MacOS X is one step closer to being a fully supported HSX platform.
