CFV: New Hotspot Group Lead: John Coomes

I hereby nominate John Coomes to Hotspot Group Lead [1].

John has been working on the HotSpot JVM for almost 10 years mainly on 
garbage collection where he was one of the primary developers of the 
parallel compacting garbage collector.  Recently he has been spending a 
lot of time looking after the hsx Project repositories and organizing 
regular deliveries of HotSpot into JDK 8 and JDK 7 updates.
