CFV: New Hotspot Group Lead: John Coomes

Iris,

John is deserving of this position and as far as I see most of people
is agree with me. So my vote doesn't really matter.

I'm not familiar with all this staff as I care mostly about hotspot
code, not procedures.

Sorry if my vote cause a trouble for anyone.
