TemplateInterpreterGenerator::generate_all sets all MH entries to AME:

Interpreter::MethodKind kind = (Interpreter::MethodKind) i;
Interpreter::_entry_table[kind] = Interpreter::_entry_table[Interpreter::abstract];
}
You need similar code in Zero.
