hsx24 is now being delivered solely into jdk7u (7u12).  It's less
confusing and safest if it's identical to the release into which it's
being delivered, so the changesets from 7u12 were pushed into hsx24.

It wasn't done in hsx23, but was started in hsx23.2 (7u6).
