Please review fix 7195833: NPG: Rename instanceClassLoaderKlass, instanceRefKlass and instanceMirrorKlass

Summary: Simple renaming to be consistent with 
instanceKlass->InstanceKlass renaming

Renamed, built and tested with serviceability tests (sajdi) since they 
tend to break for things like this.
