CFV: New HSX Committer: Krystal Mo

I hereby nominate Krystal Mo (OpenJDK user name: kmo) to HSX Committer.

Krys is a member of the JIT Compiler group. Prior to joining Hotspot development 
in Oracle, he participated in openjdk project and contributed more then 8 
changesets to hsx and jdk projects:
