I hereby nominate Kelly O'Hair to hsx Committer.

Kelly is an OpenJDK Member, lead of the Build Group, lead of the
build-infra and jdk6 projects, and a long-time JDK developer who has
contributed literally hundreds of changesets to jdk6, jdk7, jdk7u and
jdk8.

Only current hsx Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this
