CFV: New hsx Committer: Volker Simonis

I hereby nominate Volker Simonis to hsx Committer.

Volker is an engineer at SAP directly involved in developing and
porting HotSpot to the many platforms that they support and is also
the Project Lead of the OpenJDK ppc-aix-port Project [0].  He has
contributed 10 HotSpot changesets [1].

Votes are due by 5:00 PM Wednesday, February 20, 2013 UTC [2].

Only current hsx Committers [3] are eligible to vote on this
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to to this
mailing list.
