CFV: New hotspot Group Member: Bengt Rutisson

I hereby nominate Bengt Rutisson to Membership in the hotspot Group.

Bengt is an Oracle engineer and has been working on HotSpot for more
than two years; prior to that he worked on the jrockit JVM.  He is a
Reviewer for the hsx Project and has contributed more than 50 HotSpot
changes, primarily relating to the G1 collector.

Votes are due by 7:00 PM Thursday, February 21, 2013 UTC [1].

Only current Members of the hotspot Group [2] are eligible to vote on
this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
mailing list.
