CFV: New HSX Committer: Markus Grönlund

I hereby nominate Markus Grönlund to HSX Committer.

Markus has worked in the Serviceability team at Oracle for a few years now. He has been one of the key developers behind the Event-Based JVM Tracing work and has also contributed a number of bugfixes for Hotspot.
