CFV: New HSX Committer: Mikael Gerdin

I hereby nominate Mikael Gerdin (OpenJDK user name: mgerdin) to HSX 
Committer.

Mikael is a member of the Hotspot GC team. He has contributed 8

The last change does not list Mikael as a contributor, but this was due 
to a mistake on my side. He was definitely a large contributor to that
