libjsig licensing issue

Hello,

Not sure where it belongs here, but I have just notice that the JVM signal 
chaining library (libjsig) source code is licensed with GPL but not 
GPL+classpath exception (see src/os/linux/jsig.c). This will means that any 
apps that link against openjdk's libjsig would be affected by GPL licensing. 
Is it possible for Oracle to license height.c with classmate exception?
