CFV: New hsx Committer: Tao Mao

I hereby nominate Tao Mao to hsx Committer.

Tao is a member of the HotSpot garbage collection team at Oracle and
has contributed 13 changesets to date, which have improved or fixed
bugs in various GC components including ergonomics, G1 and serial gc.
Ten of the changesets can be seen at [1].

Votes are due by Mon, June 24, 2013 5:00pm UTC [2].

Only current hsx Committers [3] are eligible to vote on this
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to to this
mailing list.
