RFR: 8008783 JPRT target updates

The CR for this is not public. These are just some renamings of our JPRT 
build targets.

This will be pushed via hotspot-emb once some internal changes are in 
place to deal with the new names.

I will need a hotspot Reviewer for this please. (You know who you are! ;-))
